Together with Frank Gratkowski, Reinhold Friedl is invited this year to teach improvisation at Impuls Festival Graz, Austria.

The very first electronic music studio at a music academy was in Vienna, founded in the late 50ies. The studio genius was Hellmut Gottwald, who built in the early 60ies the Akaphon, what can be looked at as the first synthesizer ever! Composers as Friedrich Cerha, Haubenstock-Ramati or Dieter Kaufmann worked in the studio, but there is also completely unknown outstanding music to discover!
